How to Check University of Nigeria Admission List

Prospective UNN Students must be informed on the steps to take in order to successfully check their admission status, the steps are below. For candidates that who had made UNN their first choice institution, and had participated in the UNN post UTME screening exercise, this information is for them. Below is a step by step procedure on how to check the UNN admission list and status.

How to Check University of Nigeria Admission List

Candidates need to understand that the University management uploads the admission list into a PDF file; the file will be displayed for download click to download the primary admission list download the file and search for their names to confirm your admission status.

After checking the admission status, the next information is for those who have been offered admission.

 Instruction to Candidates Offered Admission:

Candidates are to log onto the jamb portal with details of registration, if offered admission, it will be seen if yet to be offered, it will be indicated. On this portal you will accept the admission.

 First of all, an acceptance fee will be paid; this is a non refundable fee of N25, 000 paid to the school.

Visit the JAMB Portal and accept your admission on JAMB CAPS by clicking “Accept Admission”. Candidates who fail to accept their admission on JAMB CAPS would not be issued JAMB Admission Letter and would b deemed as not admitted.

Then visit the University of Nigeria portal via www.unn.edu.ng, log in with your JAMB Registration number to generate and download a Payment Invoice which contains a Remita number, the invoice will enable you to make payment at any Commercial Bank.

With the Payment Invoice, the candidate is requested to pay Twenty Five Thousand Naira Only (N25, 000.00) acceptance fee. Ensure that the Invoice number is keyed in appropriately at the Bank and obtain a confirmation slip containing your Confirmation number and Invoice number.

Visit the University portal and login your JAMB Registration Number, the Confirmation Number and Invoice Number, then print the Admission slip and complete the Acceptance Form online.
