The Lagos State University, known as LASU, is a Nigerian state-owned university with the primary objective of enhancing academic excellence and learning in the Nigerian Federal Republic. The institution is very competitive because of the location of the institution in ojo, Lagos state, and currently has around 35,000 full-time students, except those pursuing part-time programs and other related programs.
Established in 1983, the slogan of truth and service remains their guide.
LASU Departmental Cut off Point/mark 2021/2022
Before you are accepted or considered for admission to Lagos State University, there are many criteria that you must meet. One of these requirements is the Lagos State University departmental cut off point.
JAMB Fixed Cutoff MARK FOR LASU 2021/2022
All institutions have been advised by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and the Honorable Minister of Education, along with other stakeholders, to recognize 120 as their general cutoff point, although this cutoff mark looks very poor.
Since LASU remains one of the county’s most successful institutions, it remains to be seen if they will comply with that directive although it seems unlikely as LASU management has invited those who have obtained a minimum of 180 jamb scores for the screening examinations.
Below is LASU’S cut off mark for various departments, courses, and facilities:
