OAU VC And Management Honour Prof Anthony Adegbulugbe, 5.0 CGPA Alumnus Graduate

Obafemi Awolowo University, Vice Chancellor and the entire management of the university honour Prof Anthony Adegbulugbe, an alumnus who graduated with a 5.0 CGPA from the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Technology.

On Tuesday, 27th June, The Vice Chancellor of Obafemi Awolowo University, the Central Office of Research, Obafemi Awolowo University and the entire management of the university to honor Prof Anthony Adegbulugbe, an alumnus who graduated with a 5.0 CGPA from the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Technology, OAU in 1976 and has remained the only person to achieve this feat.

This is the maiden edition of the Academic and research excellence day and Prof. Anthony Adegbulugbe is the first awardee of this prestigious annual honour. This day was also to celebrate and honor the best students across all Departments on OAU Campus and also become a mentee to Prof.

I was opportune to deliver a speech and also congratulate the awardee and the best students across all departments on OAU campus who were also recipients of the honorary award and also was opportune alongside my speaker, the Rt Hon Speaker of the Great Ife SRC and other members of my central executive to present an award and also a picture painting of the awardee in person of Prof Anthony Adegbulugbe to celebrate him and academic excellence.
