FUNAAB Announces 2026/2027 Post-UTME Screening Exercise, Sets Cut-Off Mark

The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), Ogun State, has announced the commencement of its Post-UTME screening registration for the 2026/2027 academic session.

According to the university, registration for the screening exercise will begin on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

Eligibility for the Screening Exercise

The university outlined the categories of candidates eligible to participate as follows:

1. Candidates who selected Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) as their first choice in the 2026/2027 UTME and scored 160 and above.

2. Direct Entry candidates with a minimum of Upper Credit or its equivalent who selected FUNAAB as their first choice institution.

3. Candidates who sat for the 2026/2027 UTME, scored 160 and above, and are willing to change and make FUNAAB their first choice institution.

4. Candidates who did not initially select FUNAAB as first choice but are willing to change institution to FUNAAB before the close of registration.

Age Requirement

All applicants must not be less than 16 years of age by September 30, 2026.

Application Procedure

Eligible candidates are required to complete their registration via the university portal: https://admission.funaab.edu.ng/2026 after making payment for the screening exercise.

Payment Structure

Candidates are to pay the following non-refundable fees:

1. Post-UTME Registration Fee: ₦2,000
2. Portal Access Fee: ₦3,000
3. Total: ₦5,000 (excluding REMITA charges)

Steps for Online Registration

1. Visit https://admission.funaab.edu.ng/2026
2. Login using UTME registration number
3. Generate application invoice
4. Make payment online via the portal
5. Return to complete the application form
6. Review all entries carefully before submission
7. Print out registration slip

General Instructions to Candidates

1. Candidates must upload O’Level results on the portal. A maximum of two sittings is allowed.
2. Accepted examination bodies include WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB.
3. Direct Entry candidates must ensure submission of transcripts (OND/HND/NCE) to the Registrar not later than Friday, July 31, 2026.
4. Candidates with incorrect UTME subject combinations must effect corrections before registration.
5. Participation in the online screening exercise is compulsory for all applicants.
