WAEC Notice to Candidates With Outstanding and Held Results

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has issued an urgent notice to candidates whose results were held or "outstanding" during the recently concluded ssce examinations.

Myschoolnews reports the examination body in order to clear up misconceptions revealed that outstanding results would soon be released once fully processed as opposed to held results.

The examination body said: 

“Outstanding” means that some components of the results are missing; however, it will be resolved and processed. 

 “held” means that the candidate has a pending case due to suspected involvement in examination malpractice."

Candidates With outstanding results are to send their examination details to publicaffairs@waec.org.ng.
