NNPC/OERNL JV Tertiary Scholarship Scheme 2025 Now Open for Applications

The NNPC/OERNL Joint Venture has announced the launch of its 2025/2026 Tertiary Scholarship Scheme, offering financial support to deserving students in Nigerian tertiary institutions.

To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must be registered full-time undergraduates in Nigerian tertiary institutions and certified 100-level students at the time of application. The scholarship is open to students studying Engineering, Geology, Geosciences, and Agricultural Sciences.

The application process is online, and required documents include a passport photograph, school ID card, O'level certificate, admission letter, birth certificate, and JAMB result. The application deadline is April 30, 2025.

The scholarship scheme includes two categories: Host Communities Merit Award and National Merit Award. The Host Communities Merit Award is for applicants from OANDO Host/Transit Communities, while the National Merit Award is for applicants from non-host/transit communities studying eligible courses.

A aptitude test will be conducted at designated centers, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted to participate. Applicants with less than 50% overall score in the aptitude test will not be considered.
