Bayero University Kano Opens Application Portal for 1-Year Remedial Science Program

The College of Natural and Pharmaceutical Sciences (CNPS) at Bayero University Kano (BUK) has announced the opening of its application portal for the 2024/2025 session admission into the Remedial Science Program.

Applicants with SSCE O-level results or their equivalent are eligible to apply if they have a minimum of five O-level credits in relevant science subjects, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.

The Remedial Science Program is designed to prepare students for admission into degree programs at BUK. The program is for one academic session only and will commence in May 2025.

Interested applicants cto apply online. A recent passport photograph of less than 200 kB is required for upload.

The application fee is N5,000, while the acceptance fee is N2,000, and the registration fee is N60,000 for Nigerians. For enquiries, applicants can send an email to remedial@buk.edu.ng.

Admitted candidates who pass the remedial program and meet the university's requirements will be absorbed into a degree program in the 2025/2026 session.
