Sa’adu Zungur University, SAZU, Bauchi, has held the Graduation Ceremony and Business Idea Exhibition of the MBA 2026 class at Yuli Campus of the University.
The event, organised by the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, brought together university administrators, academics, students, government agencies and other stakeholders to celebrate the achievements of the graduating MBA students and showcase their innovative business ideas.
Representing the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Fatimah Tahir, the Deputy Director, Entrepreneurship Development Centre, Dr. Muhammad Adamu, emphasised the importance of e-business in today's rapidly digitising world.
She reiterated the University's commitment to ensuring that students acquire not only academic knowledge but also practical entrepreneurial skills that would enable them to become productive members of society after graduation.
The Vice-Chancellor commended the Head of Department, Dr. Mohammed Inuwa, and the students for organising the exhibition, assuring faculties and departments of the University's continued support towards achieving their objectives and strengthening SAZU as a Centre of Excellence.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Inuwa disclosed that the MBA students had developed three e-business concepts, with one already moving beyond the conceptual stage, having been prototyped and currently undergoing further development towards full-scale operation.
The exhibition therefore provided the graduating students with an opportunity to demonstrate the practical application of the knowledge and skills acquired during their MBA programme.
The occasion was attended by representatives of Deans from various faculties, including the Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, ATBU, as well as Directors, Heads of Departments and representatives of SMEDAN, Bauchi State Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and the National Board for Technology Incubation, NBTI.

In a special gesture of appreciation, the graduating MBA students also presented a brand-new printer to the Department of Business Administration, symbolising their gratitude for the guidance, support and academic development they received from the Department.
