University of Maiduguri SUG President Condemns Senseless Killings in Edo State

The President of the University of Maiduguri Students' Union Government (SUG), Hafiz Mohammed Bello, has strongly condemned the recent senseless killings in Edo State.

 

In a statement, Bello described the brutal and guiltless manner in which human life was taken as inhumane and unacceptable. He emphasized that the catastrophe affects not only the families of the victims but also the nation as a whole.

As a representative of Northern students, Bello reiterated the region's stance against violence, ethnic, and religious intolerance that leads to the loss of innocent lives. He urged leaders and fellow citizens to work towards promoting peace, justice, and human dignity.
