The Vice-Chancellor of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBU), Lapai, Professor Mohammed Hadi Sulaiman, has extended his warmest congratulations to the Executive Governor of Niger State and Visitor to the university, His Excellency, Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago, on the occasion of his third anniversary in office.
