McPherson University Donates Hospital Beds to FRSC Ogunmakin Command

The donation followed an appeal by the FRSC during a courtesy visit to the university on 28 November 2025, which provided an opportunity for both institutions to reinforce collaboration in road safety, community health support, and operational synergy.
Presenting the items, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Francis Igbasan described the gesture as part of the university’s effort to support institutions that save lives and promote public welfare. He emphasized McPherson University’s dedication to partnerships that have a direct societal impact, noting the alignment between the FRSC’s mandate and the university’s values of service and social responsibility.

In response, Unit Commander ACC PD Gogomi thanked the Vice-Chancellor and the university management for the donation, praying for the continued growth of McPherson University. He commended the university for its ongoing support of initiatives that enhance community welfare and public safety, describing the donation as both timely and valuable to the command’s operations.
