NOUN Announces Matriculation Ceremony

The 31st Matriculation Ceremony of the National Open University of Nigeria, NOUN, has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

The ceremony will officially admit newly admitted students for the 2026_2 semester.

According to a memo addressed to all Centre Directors, dated September 2, 2026 and signed by the Deputy Registrar, Academic Registry, of the university, Petu Kola Keji on behalf of the Registrar, the ceremony will be held virtually.

The memo also directed them to organise an orientation exercise for the fresh students on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, ahead of the Matriculation Ceremony.
