Admiralty University of Nigeria (ADUN) has announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 admission exercise, with registration for the Post-UTME screening now open to eligible candidates.

The university said the registration exercise began on July 1, 2026, and will run for four weeks. Candidates who scored at least 160 in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are invited to begin their registration.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the screening exercise, applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • Candidates must have selected Admiralty University of Nigeria as their first-choice institution on the JAMB portal.
  • UTME applicants must have scored a minimum of 160 in the 2026 UTME, which is the university's minimum admissible score for the 2026/2027 admission exercise.
  • Applicants must possess at least five O'Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.

Post-UTME Administrative Fee

The university fixed the Post-UTME administrative fee at ₦2,000.

Applicants are required to complete the payment through the Remita platform by following these steps:

  1. Visit the Remita platform.
  2. Select "Pay TSA and State."
  3. Choose "FGN: Federal Government of Nigeria."
  4. Complete the "Pay a Biller" form by:
    • Selecting "Admiralty University of Nigeria" under "Who do you want to pay?"
    • Choosing "Post-UTME Screening" as the service or purpose.
    • Entering ₦2,000 as the payment amount.
    • Providing your full name.
    • Entering an active phone number.
    • Providing a valid email address.
  5. Tick the "I'm not a robot" verification box.
  6. Submit the form.
  7. Print the e-Invoice containing the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR), which will also be sent to the registered email address.
  8. Complete the payment using any of the following methods:
    • Any designated bank.
    • Online payment using a debit or credit card.
    • Bank transfer through the Remita platform.
  9. Generate and print the e-Receipt after successful payment.

Direct Entry Registration

The university stated that information on Direct Entry registration will be released once it receives the Direct Entry database from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
