BUK Announces SIWES Orientation for 2025/2026 Academic Session

Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has scheduled its 2025/2026 SIWES Orientation Lecture for students registered for SIWES courses.  

According to a notice dated 13th July, 2026, from the Directorate of Academic Planning, Vice Chancellor’s Office, the orientation will hold on Thursday, 23rd July, 2026 at the Convocation Arena, BUK New Campus. The programme is scheduled to begin at 9:30 am prompt.  

The SIWES Coordinator, Prof. Hassan A. Bashir, stated that attendance is mandatory for all students who registered for SIWES courses under both BMAS and CCMAS.  

Faculty and Departmental SIWES Coordinators have also been invited to attend the orientation with their students.
