BUK Student Yahaya Lawan Muhammad Wins 2025 PANS National Quiz Competition

Yahaya Lawan Muhammad, a student of Bayero University Kano (BUK), has emerged as the overall champion of the 2025 Pharmaceutical Association of Nigerian Students (PANS) National Quiz Competition.

The competition, held during the EPIC'25 Convention, brought together pharmacy students from across Nigeria, testing their knowledge in six major fields of pharmacy and general knowledge.

BUK, ABU Zaria, KASU, UNIJOS, and GSU made it to the knockout stage, with Yahaya Lawan Muhammad standing out as the winner, followed by ABU Zaria (2nd) and KASU (3rd).

In a statement, Yahaya expressed gratitude to his parents, teachers, and colleagues, saying he was proud to achieve national recognition. His victory highlights BUK's academic excellence and serves as an inspiration to students across Nigeria.
