We interviewed a representative from one of these colleges to gather information on eligibility criteria, benefits, and support services available to international students throughout the application process. The representative emphasized that studying in Canada can be expensive for both international students and local citizens. Besides tuition fees, students must also pay other costs, including application fees, which can range from $50 to $200 per application and are usually non-refundable.
By choosing colleges that waive application fees, students can save money and allocate those funds to other necessities like books, transportation, and meals.
