Edo State University Announces Online Post-UTME Screening for Medicine, Nursing and Law Applicants
Edo State University, Iyamho, has announced that applicants seeking admission into Medicine and Surgery, Nursing Science and Law for the 2026/2027 academic session are required to participate in the university’s online Post-UTME screening test.

Applicants are advised to log in to their Edo State University, Iyamho Application Portal and click on “Online Mock and Test Fee” to make payment for the Post-UTME online screening test.
The university stated that only applicants who make the required payment before 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2026, will be allowed to participate in both the mock test and the main Post-UTME online examination.
The 2026/2027 Post-UTME screening examination will be conducted online via WEBTEST, a cloud-based examination platform.
The schedule for the examination is as follows:
- Mock Test: Tuesday, September 8 and Wednesday, September 9, 2026
- Main Post-UTME Test (Examination): Tuesday, September 15, 2026
Candidates are required to have reliable internet access, a laptop or desktop computer, and a conducive environment for the online examination.
The university strongly advised all candidates to participate in the mock test to familiarise themselves with the WEBTEST platform ahead of the main examination.

Further details and instructions on how to access WEBTEST will be sent to candidates through the application portal and their registered email addresses.
The university also warned applicants against making payments to individuals, private accounts or through channels other than the Remita platform via the university’s website.
According to the institution, any applicant who makes payment through unauthorised channels does so entirely at their own risk.
Edo State University, Iyamho, further emphasised that admission into the university is strictly based on merit and due process.
