Federal University of Environment and Technology Signs MoU With Rivers Varsity for Academic Collaboration

The Federal University of Environment and Technology (FUET), Ogoni, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rivers State University (RSU) as part of efforts to strengthen collaboration with critical stakeholders and institutions.

The Federal University of Environment and Technology (FUET), Ogoni, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rivers State University (RSU) as part of efforts to strengthen collaboration with critical stakeholders and institutions.

The agreement covers partnership in key areas including the sharing of facilities such as workshops, libraries, laboratories, ICT centres, equipment, and manpower development, as both universities prepare for enhanced academic sessions and the growth of FUET.

Leading the FUET delegation, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Chinedu Mmom, described the partnership as a strategic step toward building a solid foundation for the young institution.

The Vice-Chancellor of Rivers State University, Professor Isaac Zeb-Obipi, welcomed the initiative and assured of RSU’s commitment to supporting FUET in fulfilling its mandate of excellence in environmental and technological education.
