FUEZ Calls Part-Time Graduating Students for Clearance Exercise

The Federal University of Education, Zaria (FUEZ) has directed all part-time students with matriculation numbers beginning with EZPP/20, graduating in the 2024/2025 session, to commence their clearance procedures.

According to a memo dated 23rd February 2026 from the Office of the Director of Part-Time Programmes, the screening for the collection of NCE Statements of Result has officially begun.

Affected students are required to submit a handwritten application letter along with the following original and photocopied documents:

• Evidence of payment for result verification (₦1,000; tellers obtainable from Room 3)
• Payment tellers and signed course forms for NCE I to IV
• Properly signed clearance form
• Photocopies of admission letter, primary school leaving certificate, birth certificate, and indigene certificate
• Letter of good conduct
• Copy of IEDF Form
• Photocopy or printout of O-Level results
• Scratch cards for WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/NBAIS
• Matriculation oath form
• Recent passport photograph

Students are urged to comply promptly and accurately to facilitate smooth clearance and collection of their results.
