The Management of Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola, has officially commenced the collection of certificates for all graduates, including recent convocation attendees.
The exercise will begin on Wednesday, 18th February 2026, at the Academic Division Office in the New Administrative Block. Graduates are required to follow the outlined procedures to ensure smooth collection:
- Submit a written application letter addressed to the Academic Secretary.
- Present the original degree statement of result.
- Provide A’ Level certificates for Direct Entry candidates, or O’ Level certificates, or verified copies of statements of results.
- Present a University Identity Card or a court affidavit, along with a valid identification such as National ID, International Passport, or Voter’s Card.
- Show evidence of payment of ₦10,000, made exclusively through Remita.
Graduates requiring further clarification are advised to visit Room C5, New Administrative Block.
This initiative ensures all certificates are collected efficiently and securely, reinforcing the university’s commitment to proper documentation and graduate services.
