Modibbo Adama University Secures Council of Legal Education Approval for Law Programme

In a significant academic milestone, Modibbo Adama University among other universities, has been granted full approval by the Council of Legal Education to commence its Law programme.

This development, follows a rigorous assessment visit to the University by the Council in February last year, under the leadership of Prof. Isa Hayatu Chiroma SAN, during which the university’s facilities and readiness were thoroughly evaluated.

The official list of approved universities, was released by the Council on March 12, 2026

The approval marks a major step forward for the university, opening new academic opportunities and strengthening its contribution to legal education in Nigeria.
