Northern Youth Organization Honors MOAUM Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Timothy Terseer Alabar

The Northern Youth Organization of Nigeria has formally recognized the leadership of Professor Timothy Terseer Alabar, Vice-Chancellor of Reverend Father Moses Orshio Adasu University (MOAUM), with a commemorative plaque of solidarity.

A high-powered delegation, led by the organization’s President, Dr. Isah Ododo, presented the award during a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Accompanying the President were the Vice-President, Hon. Mohammed Abdulrazaq, and the Secretary, Mr. Verlumun Gajir.

Speaking during the presentation, Dr. Ododo commended the appointment of Professor Alabar as the University’s 8th Vice-Chancellor, describing it as a strategic move for the institution's future. The youth leaders expressed their full confidence in his administrative capacity to drive academic excellence and infrastructural development at MOAUM.

In response, Professor Alabar thanked the organization for the gesture, reiterating his commitment to fostering an environment where youth leadership and academic growth can thrive.
