Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), has advanced its international partnership drive following a high-level diplomatic engagement with the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Abuja.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, honoured an official invitation to the embassy on April 13, 2026, accompanied by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research, Innovation and Linkages), Associate Prof. K’tso Nghargbu. The visit formed part of ongoing efforts to expand the university’s global footprint and strengthen strategic alliances.

Discussions during the engagement centred on areas of mutual interest, including academic exchange programmes, infrastructural development, capacity building, training, and collaborative research and innovation.

The meeting provided a platform for constructive dialogue and institutional networking, reinforcing bilateral relations between NSUK and the Government of Qatar.
