RSUST Releases 2025/2026 Admission List, Issues Guidelines for Acceptance Fee Payment and Clearance

Rivers State University (RSUST), Port Harcourt, has announced the release of the provisional admission list of successful candidates on merit for the 2025/2026 academic session following the Post-UTME exercise.

In a statement, the University directed all admitted candidates to log onto its official website, www.rsu.edu.ng, to generate a transaction ID and make an e-payment of the acceptance fee of ₦50,000 only. Payment can be made through designated banks using the Pay Direct Bank Branch option or via Interswitch Verve-enabled cards.

After payment of the acceptance fee, candidates are required to complete their online clearance before proceeding to pay school fees.

Clearance Requirements for Fresh Students
Admitted candidates are to present the following documents for the clearance exercise:

• Admission Letter from JAMB
• Original JAMB Result Slip
• Accepted Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
• Original O’Level Certificates
• Birth Certificate
• Local Government Area Identification Letter
• Acceptance Fee Receipt

The University emphasized that all preliminary payments must be made within two (2) weeks from the date of publication, warning that any candidate who fails to accept their offer before the deadline will forfeit the admission permanently.
