ABSU Council Chairman Congratulates Monday Ubani, SAN On Doctorate Degree Achievement
The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of Abia State University (ABSU), Rt. Hon. Agwu U. Agwu, Ph.D, has congratulated legal practitioner and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Barrister Monday Onyekachi Ubani, on his conferment of a Doctor of Philosophy (Law) degree by Babcock University.
The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of Abia State University (ABSU), Rt. Hon. Agwu U. Agwu, Ph.D, has congratulated legal practitioner and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Barrister Monday Onyekachi Ubani, on his conferment of a Doctor of Philosophy (Law) degree by Babcock University.

In a congratulatory message, Rt. Hon. Agwu described the achievement as a testament to Ubani’s dedication, focus and resilience in pursuing academic excellence.
He noted that Ubani, who hails from Awom Ukwu in Ikwuano Local Government Area of Abia State, has grown into a respected national and international voice in constitutional and human rights advocacy.
The ABSU Council Chairman stated that attaining the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria was not the end of Ubani’s academic journey, as he went further to undertake the rigorous demands of a doctoral programme and successfully completed it.
He praised Ubani for his determination and commitment, describing the doctorate degree as a well-deserved recognition of his lifelong pursuit of knowledge and professional development.
Rt. Hon. Agwu further noted that Ubani’s qualities of discipline, excellence and perseverance have continued to reflect in his contributions as a distinguished member of the Governing Council of Abia State University.
