Key Steps for Accepting a New Course Offer:

Visit an Accredited CBT Centre – Students must go to the nearest Computer-Based Test (CBT) centre to initiate the course change process, moving from their previous course to the newly offered one.

Upload O’Level Results – It is mandatory to present and upload valid O’Level results after processing the course change to ensure eligibility verification.

Obtain Course Change Slip – Once the change is successfully processed, students will receive a slip showing both the previous and newly assigned courses.

Submit Slip to BUK DEAR Office – The confirmation slip must be submitted to the DEAR (Directorate of Examinations and Academic Records) office immediately to complete the course change process officially.

Provision for Students Outside Kano – Students who are not currently in Kano may authorize a representative to submit the required documents on their behalf, ensuring the process can be finalized without being physically present.
