Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, through its Faculty of Natural Sciences, has announced its 4th Annual International Conference (FNSCON 2026), calling for participation from researchers, industry professionals, postgraduate and undergraduate students, and members of the public.

COOU Faculty of Natural Sciences Announces 4th International Conference on Biotechnology for Sustainable Development

Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, through its Faculty of Natural Sciences, has announced its 4th Annual International Conference (FNSCON 2026), calling for participation from researchers, industry professionals, postgraduate and undergraduate students, and members of the public.

The conference is scheduled to take place from May 13 to May 14, 2026, daily at 10:00 a.m., at the Old ETF Auditorium, Uli Campus, Anambra State.

The theme of the conference is “Interdisciplinary Approaches to Biotechnology for Sustainable Development and Economic Advancement.” It is expected to provide a platform for knowledge exchange on how biotechnology and cross-disciplinary scientific approaches can drive sustainable growth and economic transformation.

The event will be held under the distinguished chairmanship of His Royal Majesty, Engr. Augustine Chinedu Emelobe (KSC, GON), the Igwe Ezeokpoko II of Oba.

The Chief Host is Kate Azuka Omenugha, Vice-Chancellor of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, while the Host is I.A.C. Mbachu, Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences.
