CUSTECH Hands Over Site for Construction of New Staff Quarters in Osara

The Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara, has officially handed over the site for the construction of its new staff quarters to the appointed contractor, Diamond Civil and Support Project.

The site handover mini  ceremony was held on Monday, July 6, 2026, at the University's permanent campus in Osara.

Handing over the site, the Director of Physical Planning and Development, CUSTECH, Builder Ismail Adoke, charged the contractor to execute the project in strict compliance with the approved specifications, maintain high-quality standards, and complete the work within the stipulated timeframe.

Speaking on behalf of the construction company, the Site Engineer, Bashir Sadiq, expressed appreciation to the Kogi State Government for the confidence reposed in the company. He assured the University Management that the project would be delivered within schedule and in accordance with the required quality standards.

Sadiq stated that the company is fully committed to ensuring the successful execution of the project, noting that all necessary resources would be deployed to guarantee timely completion.

The staff quarters project is expected to be completed within six months and will provide quality residential accommodation for members of staff, thereby improving staff welfare.
