Federal University Dutse Announces Application Opening for 2025/2026 Students' Benevolent Scholarship Scheme

The Students' Affairs Division of the Federal University Dutse (FUD) has officially opened applications for the 2025/2026 Students’ Benevolent Scholarship Scheme, aimed at supporting the institution's most vulnerable students.

In a circular dated February 16, 2026, the university invited applications from indigent students who are facing significant financial hurdles in settling their registration fees.

The scholarship program is specifically designed as a safety net for students who, after a thorough screening by the Benevolent Committee, are found to be genuinely unable to afford their academic registration costs.

The deadline for the submission of all applications is Monday, February 23, 2026.

The circular, signed by the Students Relation Officer, Sani Sabo Idris, on behalf of the Dean of Students’ Affairs, underscores the university's commitment to ensuring that financial hardship does not hinder the academic progress of its talented but indigent students.
