The award was presented during the National Information Technology Merit Awards held on November 20, 2025, at the Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos.
The Fellowship recognises individuals whose contributions have significantly advanced the computing profession in Nigeria. Professor Boyinbode, a distinguished scholar in intelligent systems, educational technology, and software engineering, has played a pivotal role in shaping technology-driven innovation within Africa’s higher education ecosystem.
