Gombe State University Hosts Launch of Professor Sani Ahmed Yauta’s “Dynamics of Educational Administration and Planning”

Gombe State University (GSU) held a formal book‑launch ceremony on 29 November 2025 at the Haruna Kadir Rasheed Hall for the newly published work _“Dynamics of Educational Administration and Planning”_ by Professor Sani Ahmed Yauta. The event attracted a distinguished audience of government officials, senior academics and other dignitaries.

Presiding over the ceremony, the Deputy Governor of Gombe State, Dr. Manassah Daniel Jatau (PhD), “Tauraron Waja,” commended Professor Yauta for his scholarly contribution to the advancement of education. A key highlight was an insightful review delivered by Professor A. O. Adepoju, Dean of the Faculty of Education, who examined the book’s structure, themes and relevance to contemporary educational management and planning.

Among the notable attendees were the Head of the Civil Service, Alhaji Ahmed Kasimu Abdullahi; Chief of Staff Alhaji Abubakar Inuwa Kyari; Vice‑Chancellor of Federal University Kashere, Professor Umaru Pate; Vice‑Chancellor of Lincoln University, Professor Adamu Sadiq Abubakar; the Provost of the School of Nursing; heads of other Gombe State institutions; and the Chief Medical Director of the Federal Teaching Hospital, Professor Yusuf Muhammed Abdullahi.

The Chief Launcher, Arc. Yunusa Yakubu, praised Professor Yauta’s dedication to educational development, describing the volume as a timely resource for administrators, researchers and policymakers. Deputy Governor Jatau remarked that “authors never die,” noting that ideas endure beyond their creators.

In his closing remarks, Gombe State University’s Vice‑Chancellor thanked the dignitaries, scholars and guests for honouring the occasion and acknowledged all contributors to the successful launch. The book is expected to serve as a valuable reference for students, educators and administrators within and beyond the university system.
