Institute of Neuroscience Holds Courtesy Visit to UCH Management

The Institute of Neuroscience paid a courtesy visit to the University College Hospital (UCH) management on Tuesday, 25th November 2025, at the office of the Chief Medical Director (CMD).

During the visit, Prof. Augustin Adeolu expressed gratitude to the CMD for approving his appointment as Executive Head of the Institute. He provided an overview of the institute’s activities, highlighted challenges, and identified areas requiring management support. Prof. Adeolu traced the institute’s evolution from its inception as Clinical Neurosciences in 1992 to its current status, emphasizing its mandate to enhance the hospital’s profile through quality healthcare delivery.

In response, CMD Prof. Jesse Abiodun Otegbayo welcomed the delegation, expressing delight at the visit. He reiterated the hospital’s commitment to fostering collaboration with the Institute and assured continued support within his capacity.
