Eligibility Requirements:
- Academic Qualifications: At least five (5) O’Level credits including English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Professional Qualifications:
- ND Community Health graduates: ND Certificate or Statement of Result.
- CHEW graduates: Valid Professional License.
