Kano State Polytechnic Management Pays Homage to New Governing Council Chairman

In a significant move to strengthen institutional leadership, the management of Kano State Polytechnic, led by the Rector, Dr. Abubakar Umar Farouk, FCA, paid a courtesy visit to the newly appointed Chairman of the Institution’s Governing Council, His Highness, Alh. Aliyu Ibrahim Abdulkadir (Sarkin Gaya).

The visit, held at the Gaya Emirate Council, served as a formal introduction and a platform for strategic alignment between the school’s management and its new oversight leadership.

During the visit, Dr. Farouk and the management team engaged in fruitful discussions centered on key pillars for the institution's growth. The Rector emphasized the importance of a strong partnership with the Governing Council to drive academic and administrative excellence.

In his response, His Highness, the Sarkin Gaya, expressed his readiness to serve and collaborate closely with the management team. He pledged his full support to transform Kano State Polytechnic into one of Nigeria’s premier vocational and technical institutions.
