KWASU Vice-Chancellor Felicitates with Emir of Ilorin on 86th Birthday
The Vice-Chancellor of Kwara State University (KWASU), Professor Shaykh-Luqman Jimoh, has joined the people of Kwara State and the nation in celebrating the 86th birthday of the Emir of Ilorin, His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR.
In a congratulatory message released on behalf of the University community, Professor Jimoh described the frontline monarch as a "reservoir of wisdom" and an "advocate of morality" whose leadership has been pivotal to the peace and stability of the state.

"We thank Allah for the impactful life of the Emir," the statement read. "May his reign continue to be peaceful, and may he be blessed with many more years of good health and service to humanity."
The University remains grateful for the Emir’s fatherly support and guidance over the years, positioning KWASU as a leading centre for learning and community development.
