The University of Ibadan celebrates the remarkable academic journey of Moses Tijesuni Samuel, who has graduated with First Class Honours in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Moses achieved a stellar Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.70/4.00 during the 2025 academic session. His consistency in academic excellence is underscored by his status as a five-time recipient of the Dean’s Honour Award, maintaining top-tier performance throughout every year of his undergraduate studies.
Beyond the classroom, Moses has already secured professional recognition, having been formally inducted as a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
Reflecting on his journey, Moses described the feat as a "symbol of endurance, faith, discipline, and growth." He opened up about the significant hurdles he faced, including physical challenges, intense academic pressure, and periods of doubt that threatened his progress. Despite seasons where stopping felt easier than continuing, he persevered, evolving from a student into a technical leader and builder.
