Newgate College of Health Technology Celebrates World Pharmacists Day 2025

The Pharmacy Technician Department of Newgate College of Health Technology, Minna, joined the global pharmacy community to mark the 16th edition of World Pharmacists Day on September 25, 2025.

The event was held at the General Hospital, Minna, with the theme "Think Health, Think Pharmacist" serving as a reminder of the crucial role pharmacists and pharmacy technicians play in healthcare.

World Pharmacists Day, celebrated on September 25, was established by the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) in 2009 to recognize the contributions of pharmacists worldwide. The theme "Think Health, Think Pharmacist" highlights the importance of pharmacists in healthcare.
