NIEPA, UNIMED Pledge Stronger Institutional Collaboration

The management of the National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), Ondo, has paid a courtesy visit to the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo (UNIMED), to strengthen the longstanding partnership between both institutions and formally familiarize with the new Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ebun Aderonke Adejuyigbe.  

The visit took place on Monday, July 13, 2026, at UNIMED, Ondo City.  Welcoming the delegation, Professor Adejuyigbe described the visit as timely, noting that sustained collaboration would enhance capacity building, improve teaching quality, and bridge knowledge gaps within the University. She appreciated NIEPA for its support over the years and expressed optimism for deeper institutional cooperation.

The Director-General of NIEPA, Dr. David Shofoyeke, recalled the cordial relationship between both institutions, highlighting shared access to hostel, clinic, library, transportation, and recreational facilities. He reaffirmed NIEPA’s commitment to expanding collaboration through staff capacity building and the continued sharing of facilities.
