Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), has expanded its international partnerships with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Istanbul Beykent University, Türkiye.

The agreement was signed by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Sa'adatu Hassan Liman, during an official international academic mission to Türkiye as part of the university's drive to strengthen global collaboration in teaching, research, innovation, and academic excellence.

The Memorandum of Understanding provides a framework for cooperation between the two institutions in several academic disciplines, including Engineering, Architecture, Economics, Administrative Sciences, Health Sciences, Medicine, Foreign Languages, Law, Communication, and Applied Sciences.

A key component of the partnership is the commitment of both universities to collaborate under the Erasmus+ Mobility Programme, which will create opportunities for staff and student exchanges, joint research projects, academic training, and the sharing of best practices in higher education.

The partnership is also expected to enhance international academic cooperation by providing students and faculty of NSUK with greater access to global learning opportunities, intercultural engagement, and collaborative research with Istanbul Beykent University.
