NYSC Announces 2026 Batch ‘A’ Stream I Orientation Course Dates

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially announced the schedule for the 2026 Batch ‘A’ Stream I Orientation Course. 

The approval was granted by the Director-General, and the exercise will take place across all 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Orientation Camp Commencement:

Wednesday, 21st January 2026

Registration Period:

Wednesday, 21st January to Friday, 23rd January 2026

Registration Cut-Off:

Midnight, Friday, 23rd January 2026

Swearing-In Ceremony:

Friday, 23rd January 2026

Orientation Camp Closing:

Tuesday, 10th February 2026

Prospective corps members are advised to complete their registration within the stipulated period, as late registration will not be entertained after the cut-off date.

The circular was issued by NYSC Directorate Headquarters, Abuja, and signed by Nuru Umar, NPOM, Director of Press and Public Relations, on behalf of the Director-General.
