Philosophy Department Pays Homage to New NOUN Vice Chancellor, Prof. Uduma Oji Uduma

The Department of Philosophy, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), has paid a visit to the newly-appointed Vice Chancellor, Prof Uduma Oji Uduma, to congratulate him on his appointment and reaffirm their support for his leadership.

The visit, led by the Head of the Department, Dr. Helen Olojede, was both a formal gesture of goodwill and a heartfelt homecoming celebration for a scholar widely regarded as a distinguished member of the philosophial community.

Dr. Olojede who spoke on behalf of the department, expressed immense pride that one of their own had been entrusted with the responsibility of steering the university at a critical time in its development.

She noted that Prof Uduma’s appointment reflects not only his personal achievements but also the intellectual contributions of the Department of Philosophy to the broader academic landscape.
