Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, is currently hosting the International Conference on African Indigenous Languages, organized by its Department of African Languages and Cultures. The event has brought together esteemed scholars, including Dr. Isa Muhammad Inuwa, Dr. Muhammad Sulaiman Abdullahi, Dr. Bashir Uba Ibrahim, and Saifullahi Dahiru Usman, to explore and discuss the preservation and promotion of African indigenous languages.
