UNIMAID Mandates Bio-Data Update, Document Upload and Course Registration for All Undergraduates

The University of Maiduguri, UNIMAID, has directed all undergraduate students to update their bio-data, upload required documents and complete course registration on the university portal.

The directive was contained in an Internal Circular with reference number R/ACA.24/VOL.VII, dated 28th September 2026, issued by the Office of the Registrar and addressed to all undergraduate students.

According to the circular, the University Management observed that a significant number of undergraduate students still have incomplete profiles, missing credentials and outstanding course registrations on the university portal.

In line with Management's effort to digitize, update and secure all student records for the academic session, it is now mandatory for every undergraduate student to ensure that their profiles are fully completed and finalized online.

Consequently, all undergraduate students, both new and returning, are hereby directed to log into the official university portal, umstad.online, immediately to complete their profile registration.

Management emphasized that compliance is mandatory for all undergraduate students to ensure their academic records are valid and secured on the portal.
