UNIPORT First-Class Geology Graduate Ujah Omolara Amarachi Celebrated for Academic Excellence

Ujah Omolara Amarachi has been recognized as the Best Graduating Student in the Department of Geology at the University of Port Harcourt (UniPort), graduating with prestigious First Class Honours.

Amarachi was among an elite cohort of top-performing graduates nationwide who collectively received a ₦50 million excellence grant from Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, in recognition of their outstanding academic achievements. 

Reflecting on her post-graduation journey, Amarachi expressed optimism about the future, noting that she remains hopeful that her academic milestone will unlock corporate job offers, specialized training opportunities, and robust career prospects.

"For now, I'm still optimistic… but realistic. Let's see what happens next," Amarachi shared, balancing her aspirations with a practical outlook on the professional landscape.
