Qualifications
- Professor (CONUASS 7): Ph.D or equivalent professional fellowship (FWACS, FMCS, FMCOG, etc.) with significant record of teaching, research, and community service.
- Reader (CONUASS 6): Minimum of 3 years as Senior Lecturer plus Ph.D or equivalent fellowship, with proven research and teaching record.
- Senior Lecturer (CONUASS 5): At least 3 years as Lecturer I plus Ph.D or equivalent fellowship.
- Lecturer I (CONUASS 4): Ph.D or equivalent, plus minimum 3 years as Lecturer II or equivalent in a recognized institution.
- Lecturer II (CONUASS 3): Ph.D or equivalent, with at least 4 years teaching experience as Assistant Lecturer.
- Assistant Lecturer (CONUASS 2): Master’s degree with thesis in relevant discipline.
