COOU Opens 2026/2027 NELFUND Application for All Students

The Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) has announced the activation of the Students NELFUND portal for the 2026/2027 academic session, allowing all students of the university to apply for the student loan programme.
According to the university's NELFUND Desk Officer, Dr. C.N. Okafor-Maduka, the portal has been updated with the new sessional fees and is now open to all COOU students without exception.
