FUL SUG Assures Students as NELFUND Refund Disbursement Continues

The Students’ Union Government (SUG) of the Federal University Lokoja (FUL) has assured students that the disbursement of Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) refunds is ongoing, following reports of delays from some beneficiaries.

In a statement issued by the Office of the Chief Press Secretary to the SUG President, students were informed that while a number of beneficiaries have already received their refunds, the process is being carried out in batches.

The statement acknowledged concerns raised by students yet to receive their payments, noting that relevant authorities are actively working to complete the disbursement.

Students were advised to ensure that their account details, including account name and number, are correctly provided, as this remains essential for successful payment processing.

The SUG expressed appreciation for the patience and understanding of affected students, assuring that all verified beneficiaries will receive their refunds as the process continues.
