The Student Union Government (SUG) of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has extended its warmest congratulations to Professor Chituru Godwill Orluwene following his appointment as the Chief Medical Director (CMD) of the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH).
