Kaduna State University Hosts Orientation Programme for Staff

Kaduna State University (KASU) recently held a two-day orientation and reorientation programme for newly recruited and existing staff. The event took place at the university's main campus and focused on institutional values, professional development, mentorship, digital literacy, ethics, and productivity.

The programme emphasized the university's values of integrity, discipline, and unity. The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Abdullahi Ibrahim Musa, described the university as a family and highlighted the importance of mentorship for institutional continuity and staff development.

The university's future vision and strategic plan were also presented, outlining five key pillars: teaching excellence, research excellence, community engagement, student-centered approach, and enhancement of existing university structures.
