Kaduna State University Students Face Certificate Dispute

Students of the Faculty of Education, Kaduna State University (KASU), who graduated in 2019, are facing a certificate dispute. The university's management reportedly printed the certificates with "B.Ed" instead of the correct "BSc. ED/B.A ED."

This error has significant implications for the students, particularly in the job market. The incorrect certification may lead to difficulties in securing employment or other opportunities, as the certificate does not accurately reflect their degree.

The students have appealed to the university management to expedite the process of correcting the error and issuing new certificates. They are concerned that the delay in correcting the certificates may cause them undue hardship, particularly as they prepare to enter the labor market after their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
